Looking for meaningful professional growth? Arts Bonita invites you to joining an organization that is shaping the future of arts and culture in Southwest Florida.

Arts Bonita is one of Southwest Florida’s premier multidisciplinary cultural organizations, welcoming more than 100,000 visitors annually across two campuses and three award-winning National Fine Art Festivals. No other cultural institution in Southwest Florida offers such a diverse range of artistic disciplines within one organization across two campuses. Our Visual Arts Campus features galleries and specialized studios from stone carving to metal work, glass and ceramics, while the Performing Arts Campus hosts concerts, professional theatre, comedy, and classes in music and dance. We also invest more than $250,000 annually in scholarships and outreach programs.

Powered by an exceptional creative staff, a highly collaborative culture, and a clear vision for the future, Arts Bonita is building programs, facilities, and partnerships that are actively transforming the cultural landscape of Southwest Florida. This is an opportunity to contribute at a high level, grow alongside an organization on a strong upward trajectory, and be part of work that has lasting community impact.
